At Moments Jewellery, we want you to treasure your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure all pieces are returned in their original, unworn condition with the security tag intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewellery in its original branded box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Studio

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
